My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The room had so many views, a jetted hot tub, and was located on the PH level, making it a top-notch experience. The service from the front desk to the waitstaff was exceptional, with friendly staff who even recommended great dining options upon request. The location in a quiet neighborhood near Viejo San Juan was perfect for a peaceful stay. The dining experience, although included, had room for improvement as coffee wasn't always available. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!
